Hart Beach Surfschool is located right in front of the best surf spot of the Benelux: all year round you can surf on the waves of the North Sea for our school! Would you like to learn how to work the waves, how to control them and, of course, how to catch the wave? Our surf crew consists of dedicated instructors who go into the water with you 365 days a year. Everyone can learn to surf, including you!

Book a lesson and receive rental credit!

From now on, when booking surf and skate lessons, you'll receive rental credit. We're excited to support you in your surfing adventure. With this rental credit, you can rent all the equipment you need to keep the stoke going! The rental credits can be used for surfboards, wetsuits, skateboards and accessories at our surf school.
Please note that children are only allowed to rent their surf gear under adult supervision.

This is what a surf lesson looks like

During the 2 hour* surfing lesson, we include some theory for safety and explanation of technique. Don't worrie, you'll be on the beach and in the water the whole time. The lesson includes all materials you need.

Please come in, half an hour before the start of your lessen. This way we can make optimum use of our time in the water catching waves. In consultation with you, the lessons can take place on different days and times.

2 hours at the beach and in the water
Small groups for personal attention (± 6 people)
Theory and practical
Including all needed materials (wetsuit, surfboard, neoprene accessories in the cold months)
excluding changing times, so you can use the lesson time to the max
Come in half an hour in advanced so you are ready to go when the lesson starts
In consultation with you, the lessons can take place on different days and times.

* All winter long we organise surf lessons for young and old. The winter lessons are 1,5 uur and include a warm soup after the lesson. All lessons include wetsuits and if needed, gloves, boots and caps or hoods!

During the surfing lessons all aspects of surfing are covered. For each lesson we look at the level of the participants that our certified instructors are playing at. The lessons are given in small groups of +/-6 persons. This means there is enough personal attention for all participants.
