If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of DHL/Tiem Liner Logistics to carry out the deliveries. Applications via website and e-mail
Hart Beach collects and processes your personal data in order to carry out the recruitment and selection process. The information that is processed contains information that you provided during the application process. This includes: name, email address, address, telephone number and other information that you have entered on the application form, such as CV and cover letter.
The processing of personal data relating to the selection process is based on the legitimate interests of Hart Beach and the applicant. Reservations/bookings (surfing) lessons (Viking), registration of events and requests for quotations (Google Forms)
Hart Beach collects and processes your personal data in order to record your reservation / booking for (surf) lessons and / or registration for an event or to send a quote. The information that is processed contains information that you have provided during the reservation/registration/requesting process. These include: name, email address, address, phone number, age and other information that you have entered on the application form.
The processing of these personal data, is in order to be able to execute the contract, or your request for quotation. We store your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. Employees, however, no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced as a result of your order.Your rights

Right of objection and other rights
