About the Surf school

Hart Beach Surfschool was founded in 1984 and has grown from a single container into a large pavilion with four well-functioning facets: a restaurant, surf shop, events and of course the surf school. In front of our surf school is the surf spot of the Netherlands where you can learn to surf your first wave alone or in a group! For years, we have been teaching people about surfing every day, improving techniques and continuing to inspire them. With the beach as our office, no day is the same, also thanks to the many regular and new visitors. Through our permanent pavilion you can go all year round for lessons, gear rental and surf camps.

With Hart you can:

Our Team

The Surfschool is run by our enthusiastic surf crew full of surfers in heart and soul. Our permanent team is supported by a flexible shell with great employees who occasionally help to keep the Surfschool running if necessary. We are very happy with all these great employees!
