    • What does a order process look like?
      Hart Beach is the webshop for all your favourite surf brands and surf gear!
      Order 24/7, 365 days a week online or drop by in one of our stores.

      Ordering online made easy:
      • Pick an item and select your preferred size.
      • Add the item to the shopping cart. 
      • Click in the top right corner on the button 'checkout'.
      • Open your shopping cart and click 'finish order'. 
      • Log in or fill in your details.
      • Choose a method of payment.
      • Check all your details.
      • finalize your order.

      Right after you completed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order. In this email you'll also find information on how to follow your order. If you have any questions, don't hesitate and contact us.


    • Can I cancel my order?
      Not sure about your order? These things happen. You can cancel your order until 15:00 that same day. Please get in contact with our customer support via: +31 70 354 55 83

    • How can I pay?
      You can pay in our online shop with Ideal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express.

      iDeal is a payment provider via internet banking. When you use online banking via Rabobank, ABN Amro, Fortis, ING or SNS Bank, this is the easiest option available. You pay for your order in your own trusted banking through internet banking with iDeal.
    • What are your shipping costs?
      Hart Beach works together with DHL. Regular orders and surfboards are transported by DHL. Together we strive to deliver your order as fast as possible. Usually this takes about 2 to 3 working days. DHL doesn't deliver standard on Saturdays.
      Shipping within the Netherlands is free of charge with orders above 60,00 euro. Shipping of surfboards within the Netherlands costs 35,00 euro. Orders can be delivered at your home address or at your work address. You can also opt to pick up your order at our store.

      Regular sending will be processed by DHL. DHL delivers on Monday till Friday between 08:00 and 18:00 and do this in one delivery attempts.

    • Do you deliver outside of Europe?

      Would you like to get your order delivered outside of Europe? Please contact our crew via [email protected].
      Prices for delivery outside of Europe are on request.

    • Can I exchange or return?
      Exchange or returning of orders is possible through our return address or in one of our shops. You can return your online purchase within 14 days. For exchanging or returning your online purchase the following term apply:

      • Within 14 days from 1 day after your received the order.
      • Preferably with a fully filled in return form. Download the Hart Beach return form here.
      • The item is complete, unused, not worn or damaged (fitting is allowed), if reasonably possible.
      • The original tickets and labels are stille attached to the item,if reasonably possible.

      • Always bring the receipt of the item when you exchange or return in the shop.
      • For online purchased applies: not happy, money back!

      Exchange and return policy shop

      You can choose to return your item at the Hart Beach Surfshop in Scheveningen. With returning in the shop, you need to bring along the the order confirmation email and a valid ID. Only the person who purchased to order and who's name is on the invoice is allowed to return the item. In the shop we will take in the order confirmation and we will add the sort of ID and ID number to the invoice. You'll receive back the money and and will have to sign for this. Without a valid ID we can not accept returned items.

      When you drop off your return package at the post office, you will receive a proof of shipment. Save this proof, we might ask you for it.
      This is your proof that you have send something back to us.

      Return costs

      Return costs are for the customer. When we made a mistake or did we send you the wrong item, of course you will receive the return costs back from us. Did you receive a damaged item? We will also cover the return costs.
