DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Hart Beach cooperates with DPD. We place regular orders via DPD and surfboards are shipped with a special courier. Together we strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. This is often within 1 to 2 working days. DPD also delivers small (private service) on Saturdays. Via the track & trace we send you the package and the expected delivery window can be tracked.
The surfboards and larger packages above 1.80 cm (approximately) are sent via a special courier that specializes in fragile packages. It is not possible to specify a specific delivery time for these deliveries.
Delivery within the Netherlands is free with an order from 60,- euro. Sending surfboards within the Netherlands costs 38,- euro per board. Orders can be delivered to your home or at work. You can also choose to pick up your package at our shop.

DELIVERY VIA DPD
Regular shipping is done via DPD. DPD will deliver your order to your home from Monday to Saturday (except for large packages) between 08.00 and 18.00 hours. DPD makes 2 attempts to deliver your order. After this you can have 1 more attempt delivered by appointment via 'new delivery'.
