While the city fills with world leaders for the NATO Summit, the beach is all yours! Hart Beach Quiksilver Surf School is hosting extra 1, 2, or 3-day surfcamps full of action and fun. Since many schools are closed, it’s the perfect chance to enjoy sun, sea, and surfing with your friends.

Drop-off: 09:00 - 09:30

Accessibility During the NATO Summit

Attention: Due to the NATO summit, accessibility in and around The Hague is limited. This may affect your journey to our surf school.

Please take the following into account:
There are road closures and traffic diversions, especially around the World Forum and the city center. From Sunday, June 22 to Thursday, June 26, there will be closures and diversions on the A5, A4, A44, and N44, as well as on local roads in and around The Hague. Johan de Wittlaan is closed until August.

Coming by public transport?
Then check 9292.nl or the NS app shortly before departure for up-to-date travel information.

We recommend coming by bike or on foot as much as possible.
Coming by car? Then allow for extra travel time.

Parking Options in Scheveningen

Free parking in the 2nd harbor (zone 2268): You can park here for free until 6:00 PM; after that, paid parking applies. This location is within walking distance of the beach.

Q-Park Strandweg: This parking garage is open 24/7. Rates are €1.50 per 21 minutes, with a maximum daily rate of €27.

When registering your kids for a surf camp, you can select a start date in the form. If the date turns red, it means the camp is full; if it’s blue, there’s still availability. Keep an eye on the date overview on this page! We do our best to update when a date is fully booked. We note this next to the relevant dates.
