    Exchange and return conditions shop

    You can choose to return items at the Hart Beach Surfshop in Scheveningen. When returning to the shop, the buyer must bring the order confirmation e-mail and a valid identification document with him. Only the buyer as stated on the invoice is able to return the purchased product. In the branch, this confirmation will be taken and provided with the type and number of identification of the buyer, after which the buyer receives the amount and must sign for receipt. Without valid proof of identity, products will not be returned.

    When you deliver the return to a post office, you will receive a proof of delivery. Always keep it, we can ask for it. This is your proof that you have returned something.

    Return costs

    Return costs are for the customer. If we have made a mistake and / or we have sent the wrong item, you will get the return costs refunded. Do you receive a damaged item from us? Also then we reimburse the shipping costs.

    Exchange/return shop purchases

    Items that you have purchased from us in a shop must be exchanged or returned in the shop itself. In case of shop purchases you don't get a refund but a voucher. This allows you to select another item for a period of 1 year after your return.

    Complaints about articles

    If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, we kindly ask you to report this to our customer service within 3 working days. Incorrectly sent or damaged items can be returned to our return address. In this case, we will reimburse the shipping costs incurred afterwards. Attention! This only applies to incorrectly sent or damaged items.
    Do you have another complaint? Please contact us. We will always try to handle your complaint as soon as possible.


    Any refunds will be made within 10 working days. If you have not received a refund after 10 working days, please feel free to contact us.


    Returns are at the risk of the buyer. This means that Hart Beach is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. Always ask the post office for a 3S number or tracking code and keep it in a safe place.
