    Payments
    With your payment, the place for your child is definitely reserved. Upon transferring the registration fees you confirm to agree with the following general terms and conditions of the Hart Beach surf school.

    We recommend all participants to hold travel and accident insurance policies, to be able to claim any damage (inflicted) to the property of third parties, materials owned by Hart Beach, clothing, and cameras. Hart Beach accepts no liability for any (injury) damage caused to participants during or as a result of a camp organized by Hart Bach.

    Cancellation
    Participant Without cancellation communication, you will not receive any refund. If you wish to cancel, you must inform us as soon as possible. The cancellation is effective on the day that Hart Beach receives it. If you provide us at least 1 month notice, you can be fully refunded minus €25 administrative costs. If you cancel within 1 month of the starting date, you will need a doctor’s statement and you can be fully refunded minus €50 administrative costs.

    Absence
    Please let us know before the starting date if your child is not able to come. Liability Hart Beach is not liable for the loss or damage of personal belongings. We do not recommend for the kids to hold valuables and/or mobile phones. Children in distress are able to use our phones at all times.

    Force Majeure
    Depending on weather and wave conditions, considered force majeure, surf lessons sometimes cannot take place. Hart Beach will organize other activities to replace canceled lessons. Hart Beach accepts no liability for the cancellation of surf lessons due to these circumstances beyond the control of Hart Beach. In this case, no compensation or refund can be made.

    Cancellation
    A minimum of 10 registrations is needed to proceed with the Surf Camp. If the camp cancellation takes place prior to the start of the camp, the already paid fees will be transferred back without the right to compensation.
