Dear Parent/Guardian and Young Guns

Awesome, it's almost time! Next week the Young Guns Surfcamp kicks off!
Here’s a quick overview of all the important info.

Arrival

Every day at 09:30 we gather at the Hart Beach Surfschool, where everyone can check in at the registration desk.

Departure

The surfcamp ends at 17:00/17:30. The Young Guns can then be picked up, or head home on their own if that has been arranged.

IMPORTANT

Label clothing & Lost and Found: It's important to label all clothing. Lost items will be kept on location for 2 weeks, after which they’ll be donated to a charity.

Mobile phones: Phones are not to be used during surfcamp. In case of emergencies, the Hart Beach phone can be used.

Medical Info: Please repeat any medical conditions or injuries at the registration desk and hand in any required medications.

Sunscreen: We make sure to apply sunscreen throughout the day, but it helps if your child is already wearing sunscreen in the morning.

Hart Beach Camp T-shirt: Every child is expected to wear the Hart Beach Surfcamp T-shirt daily. This will be handed out at the registration desk.

Got everything you need for surfcamp? Use this checklist to make sure nothing gets left behind!
Pack all your gear in a big bag with a zipper — that way everything can be stored neatly during the day and nothing gets lost.

Swimwear
Towel
Closed shoes (for skateboarding)
Warm clothes
(Rain) Jacket
Bag that fits everything and can be zipped closed
Skate/longboard (if you have one)
Water bottle with name label
